About The Role

The Trade Compliance Specialist will be part of the WESCAM Trade Compliance team, supporting trade compliance process analytics to align strategic goals into actionable plans. The role involves communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures, recommending enhancements to systems and processes, and working to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects. The specialist provides process, data analytics, and technical expertise to ensure that all trade compliance interactions meet regulatory, corporate, and local compliance requirements, supporting data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
