Compensation

USD $1,800–$2,200 per month (based on experience)

• 13 days of paid vacation / 5 paid sick days / 11 floating holidays per year
• Option to purchase 761 shares, 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff and monthly vesting thereafter

Must-Haves

• Based in Latin America
Decompiled 3+ years in regulatory compliance (ideally CPG, F&B, health/beauty, supplements)

Working Hours

The schedule is flexible — you can choose any 8‑hour shift as long as it falls somewhere between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM MTN.
