Trade Compliance Supervisor

Ensure regulatory compliance in foreign trade operations, guaranteeing proper control of imports and exports under the IMMEX, PROSEC, OEA, and IVA & IEPS Certification schemes for all production plants. Optimize the management of tariff and non-tariff regulations, minimize risks, and oversee inventory control under Anexo 24 and 30, ensuring traceability and alignment with applicable legal provisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations, including the IMMEX, PROSEC, OEA Certification, and IVA & IEPS schemes, as well as tariff and non-tariff regulations.
• Ensure the correct application of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), the qualification of goods' origin, and compliance with foreign trade regulations, restrictions, and obligations. Optimize tax and customs benefits in import and export operations, ensuring alignment with current regulations.
