Trade Compliance Supervisor

What you'll do:Primary Function:The GTM Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the business is in compliance with the Mexican Customs and International regulations regarding import and export of material, information and technology.The major roles of the GTM Supervisor are: customs regulation compliance, personnel management, productivity and report management.This position oversees the implementation and governing of the trade policies applicable to import and/or export trade operations to ensure full compliance.This position will ensure to align local goals with the goals of the Mexico GTM Manager, US GTM Manager and VAT Certification Manager.Also, the supervisor must elevate all customs issues in order to receive guidance/assistance to address the issue.Essential Functions:Ensure being in compliance with reporting management including among others:Annual IMMEX reportAnnex 30 Monthly presentationMonthly Presentation of INEGI reportsAdministrate USMCA and FTA programsSub-manufactur...
