Volume and Profit/Operations
- Develop and implement annual trade marketing plan including sales and distribution strategies within agreed budgets to meet annual plan objectives; develop close partnerships with key customers to translate strategies into action and execution plans
- Monitor and evaluate key distributor & Key retailers performance, addressing any key performance issues to ensure the delivery of objectives
