Job Description
As Trade Experience Lead, you will shape how One NZ shows up in market across our retail and partner channels by turning brand, product, and marketing activity into compelling customer‑facing execution. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on driving trade performance, creating standout store and channel experiences, and ensuring promotions, merchandising, and store environments are delivered with pace, consistency and commercial intent.
Working across owned retail, partner channels and digital touchpoints, you will lead the planning and execution of trade activity that lifts conversion, attachment and customer engagement.
