TRADE FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary The Trade Finance Officer supports and processesinternational trade transactions such as Letters of Credit (LC), BankGuarantees (BG), and import/export documentation. The role ensures transactionsare completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with banking and traderegulations. Responsibilities Negotiate LC drafts prior issuance with the supplier and buyer and ensuring seamless transactions. Preparation of Shipping instructions to be sent to suppliers ensuring documents is in compliance with custom declaration at the discharge port. Process trade finance transactions including LC issuance, amendments, and settlements. Handle full set of shipping and trade documents for accuracy and compliance. Preparation of shipping and trading documents as per LC clause and ensure clean negotiation. Handle Bank Guarantees and trade financing documents if required.
