Trade Lead, Import and Export

What will you do

• Support daily import and export operations for NOLA region (Colombia and Puerto Rico), from cargo availability until the delivery at destination.
• Ensure that all Stryker importing and exporting sites comply with established procedures and relevant trade regulations, and that gaps are escalated, addressed and resolved.
• Manage freight forwarders and Customs brokers’ activities and performance and ensure that trade controls are properly maintained.
• Maintain the OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) certification with Customs in Colombia and other relevant authorities.
• Create and maintain metrics for Trade, including but not limited to On-Time Delivery, Carrier and Broker’s Performance, Cost to clear, Average Duty rate, Speed to clear, Landed costs and PPV. Ensure service providers and Trade team achieves defined targets.
