Trade Manager (Guadalajara)

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add the “Trade Manager” who will be based in Guadalajara North, reporting to Trade Manager and in charge of Global Trade Compliance projects and ensuring that industry best practices are implemented in conjunction with established Flex compliance procedures.

• In‑depth knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Administer strategic plans and goals for Integral Trade.
• Develop and deliver company‑wide training programs.
• Drive strategies and initiatives at the regional and site level to deliver Global Trade cost savings initiatives.
• Enhance relationships with government trade authorities as needed.
