YOUR ROLE
As a KEY senior member of this winning team of intellectual property specialists (led by some of Australia’s most accomplished and internationally renowned IP specialists), you will enjoy LEADING a TM team+ taking FULL OWNERSHIP of your own TM practice. 
You will be advising a diverse client base in respect of a full spectrum of issues relating to trade marks including brand selection/protection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution and ongoing risk management/regulatory compliance.
