Trade Mark Secretary

Spoor & Fisher is looking for a Trade Mark Secretary within the TM: Merit Team. The successful incumbent will be based in the Centurion office and will be expected to attend to general trade mark secretarial duties with a focus on litigation, prosecution, commercial work, and portfolio management. At least 3-5 years in a trade mark practice is required, preferably with exposure to litigation.
