Trade Marketing Coordinator

Description:
This position is responsible for ensure the flawless execution of the Trade Marketing strategy at point of sale, guaranteeing timely reporting, 100% execution of seasonal product campaigns, and effective coordination between brands, agencies, customers, and internal commercial teams. Plays a critical part in maintaining operational continuity and excellence in in-store execution after commercial negotiations, acting as a key liaison between brands, agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day relationship between the agency and the brand, ensuring operational alignment and avoiding any conflicts of interest (this role cannot be hired through an agency).
Define, analyze, and track promoters' KPIs on a weekly basis together with each KAM to maximize brand reach and performance.
Follow up with display and POP material suppliers, ensuring on-time and correct deliveries.
