Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

Join EnCompass Sdn Bhd' as a Trade Marketing Executive based in Elmina, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness within the trade channel. With a focus on trade marketing, you will work closely with key retail partners to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns that increase product visibility and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic trade marketing plans
2. Manage and coordinate promotional activities, such as in-store displays, product demonstrations, product launch, promoter management and joint marketing initiatives with retail partners
