Trade Marketing Specialist On Trade Channel

This position will be focused on strengthening our position in the On-trade channel by developing compelling activities able to turn brand choices into purchases.



This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at the Warsaw office, Fridays at home)



**What You Can Expect**



● Activity Planning: Contribute to the preparation of a 12-month activity calendar and support the 4Ps through detailed analysis.



● Market & Customer Insights: Advise on customer and channel understanding, co-create customer plans, and identify new market opportunities.

● Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Key Account Managers to turn selling stories into effective sales tools and execute contractual provisions.



● POSM & Activations: Lead the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials, and manage in-store consumer activations.
