Job Description

**Position Summary**

トレードマーケティングスペシャリストは、市場トレンドや店頭起点での市場分析に基づき、マーケティング戦略に則し、小売・ショッパーへのブランド認知・イメージ向上、製品購入機会最大化のためのトレード向けブランド戦略の企画・実行・ステアリングを行う。また、戦略に基づき、トレードストーリーの立案、構築し、店頭コミュニケーションツールの作成を通して全社の売上拡大に貢献する。また、マーケティング、営業、サプライチェーンの知識や理解を持ち、内部統制をおこない、スピーディーかつ合理的な意思決定を促進する。そして社内外のビジネス状況を把握したうえで、Sales Teamと他部署との橋渡しを担い、協業及び連携しながら、営業活動の効率化とサポートを実施する。
