THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!


As our Trade Marketing Specialist, you play a critical role in developing and executing trade marketing plans across Drugstore and Traditional Trade channels. You will manage POS execution, customer activations, and budget ownership while leveraging insights and market data to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.
You will be reporting to the Customer Marketing leadership, and you will manage:

1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans for the Body Care category

  • Drive activations across Drugstore and Traditional Trade channels (e.g. Hebe, Superpharm)

  • Deliver input into the yearly trade marketing plan

  • Ensure alignment with global guidelines and brand strategy

  • Drive innovative and impactful trade activities
