Trade Operations Executive

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of Letters of Credit (LCs) from issuance to completion


• Engage with off-takers to coordinate relevant and supporting documents


• Maintain proper records and support ongoing reporting requirements


• Liaising with counterparties and overseas offices for account reconciliation


• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to commodity trade.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, preferably within the commodity trading or banking industry


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
