Trade Operations Specialist

Salling Search is currently assisting an international trading company in the search for a Trade Operations Specialist based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate seaborne deliveries with Trading and Shipping teams.
• Prepare import/export documentation per shipment and Letters of Credit requirements.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, banks, and surveyors to manage shipment documentation.
• Ensure timely issuance of all cargo-related documents (10–15 per shipment).
• Oversee shipment operations, including invoicing, documentation, LC presentation, and vendor payments.
• Manage Import/Export Letters of Credit, collections, and banking transactions under international trade regulations.
• Coordinate invoicing for incoming/outgoing shipments and provide accurate reporting.
