Trade Operations Staff

The Trade Ops staff is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Trade products including but not limited to Import/Export Letters of Credit, Import/Export Bills, Import/Export financing, Documentary collection services, Supplier Financing and Guarantee.
+ Pre-processing: check docs, prepare instruction, scan instruction and required documents to Regional Processing Center (RPC) for processing.
+ Receive/deliver documents (Guarantee, import bill, export bill, L/C’s, loan application) from /to customers via counter or other channels.
