Trade Paralegal

We are currently seekingtrade compliance paralegals to join our bench to work with our F500 clients on a remote basis. This is an existing vacancy.

• Assist in maintaining and administering global trade compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support classification of products, software, and technology under applicable regulations (e.g., HTS, ECCN)
• Conduct restricted party screenings and elevate potential matches for review
• Prepare and maintain documentation for export transactions, licenses, and regulatory filings
• Assist with export license applications and correspondence with government agencies
• Monitor and track regulatory changes related to import/export laws, sanctions, and trade restrictions
