Join Our Team as a Trade Compliance Paralegal at Axiom
Location: Remote
We are currently seekingtrade compliance paralegals to join our bench to work with our F500 clients on a remote basis.
This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and administering global trade compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support classification of products, software, and technology under applicable regulations (e.g., HTS, ECCN)
Conduct restricted party screenings and elevate potential matches for review
Prepare and maintain documentation for export transactions, licenses, and regulatory filings
Assist with export license applications and correspondence with government agencies
Monitor and track regulatory changes related to import/export laws, sanctions, and trade restrictions
Support internal audits and compliance reviews; help implement corrective actions where needed
