As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
