Trade Show Specialist (Guadalajara)

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is seeking a highly motivated Trade Show Specialist for its Guadalajara operations. The position reports to the Global Marketing Director and is 100% presential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate event participation at conferences and trade shows, including attendance at events if required.
• Execute trade show and conference participation:
  • Secure booth space, registrations, and necessary event accommodations.
  • Coordinate logistics, including shipping, setup, and breakdown of exhibit materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Facilitate team attendance by arranging schedules, coordinating speaking engagements, and reviewing conference agendas.
  • Represent the company at events as needed, engaging with attendees and prospects.
