Trade Support Analyst

Job Title: Trade Operations & FIX Specialist
Role Overview
In this all-rounder role, you will be the operational backbone of our FX trading desk. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of every trade from execution through to settlement. Because we are a lean team, you will have direct exposure to our Portfolio Managers (PMs) and will be expected to own the FIX connectivity stack, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and manage our relationships with Prime Brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Front-to-Back Ownership: Manage the daily trade lifecycle for FX (Spot, NDFs, Options) and ensure accurate integration into our Portfolio Management System (PMS).
FIX Gateway Management: Act as the primary point of contact for FIX connectivity with ECNs, liquidity providers, and Prime Brokers. You will manage session configurations and troubleshoot real-time message drops.
