Job Responsibilities: Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate Maintain up-to-date customer records Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required
