Trademark Enforcement Paralegal

Description We are looking for a Trademark Enforcement Paralegal to support a busy intellectual property practice in New York, New York. This position centers on trademark enforcement across U.S. and international matters, with additional involvement in prosecution and portfolio administration when needed. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, outside partners, and global brand protection teams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee trademark enforcement matters across domestic and international jurisdictions, managing issues from initial review through resolution.
