Job Description
Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office is currently seeking a motivated
Trademark Lawyer
to join its dynamic Intellectual Property Group. The Intellectual Property Department provides a variety of legal services with respect to the usage, protection and enforcement of intellectual property.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and be prepared to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
