You will be a core member of Nearwater’s trading team in Toronto, responsible for the execution and management of derivative and financing transactions. This is a hands‑on role spanning trading, pricing, risk management, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to institutional counterparties.

This role is well‑suited to a self‑starting professional who thrives under pressure, brings strong technical depth in derivatives and secured financing markets, and is energized by the complexity of specialty finance. The successful candidate will work cross‑functionally with legal, operations, and risk management teams across Nearwater’s New York, London, and Dublin offices.
