Trader's Assistant
The Operations team is essential to our trading success, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across all processes. We tackle complex challenges and seek sharp, capable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As an Operational Desk Assistant, you'll support traders with daily administrative tasks, coordinate with brokers and other desks, and help manage trade records and P&L reporting. This role offers a hands-on entry into the dynamic world of trading.
A strong understanding of financial instruments, especially equities, futures, and derivatives, is key, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with experienced traders.
