POSITION SUMMARY
An Electrical Tradesman installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. They interpret blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety codes (e.g., NFPA, NEC). Key responsibilities include repairing lighting, panels, and machinery, utilizing tools like voltmeters and circuit testers.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
