Trading Analyst - Carbon Derivatives

MSL Climate is the environmental markets division of McGill St-Laurent.

We operate across regulated and voluntary carbon markets, helping clients navigate complex environmental products while developing internal trading and market strategies.

We are building a team at the intersection of market analysis, quantitative research, and commercial execution, with a clear objective: develop future Carbon Traders from within.

You will work closely with and report to the Senior Compliance Carbon Trader, gaining direct exposure to market analysis, strategy development, and commercial execution.

Analyst Objective: Develop trading strategies and contribute to P&L As an Analyst, you will play a key role in developing market expertise, building trading strategies, and supporting revenue generation, with the goal of progressing to a Junior Carbon Trader role.
