Trading Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Trading Operations Manager to support the daily operational activities of the company’s trading business in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for trade settlement, reconciliation, operational monitoring, and coordination with exchanges and clearing institutions to ensure smooth and compliant trading operations. The ideal candidate will have strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and experience working within regulated trading, FX, or digital asset environments.

The role requires close collaboration with Trading, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams while maintaining strict segregation between front, middle, and back office functions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
