Trading Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Build and optimize business KPI frameworks, monitoring systems, and analytical systems based on business needs; track and monitor core performance indicators.
Work closely with business and operations teams to provide data analysis, insights, and decision-making support.
Continuously track competitors' dynamics and market performance; analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, and regularly produce both qualitative and quantitative industry and competitor research reports.
Assist in building and maintaining industry databases, with regular updates of relevant data and information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
Prior experience in data analysis and/or industry research is preferred; candidates with Big Four accounting firm experience are highly preferred.
