Trading Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join a small investment firm, supporting front, middle, and back‐office functions.This is a hands‐on role (3–5 years of experience) focused on trading operations, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes.The person will work closely with internal teams (PMs, traders) and external partners (brokers, administrators), gaining strong exposure across the firm.This role is ideal for someone who understands how trades flow and settle in US markets and is looking to grow in a dynamic environment with high visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily trading operations across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, bank debt, etc.)Assist with trade booking, allocations, and settlements in coordination with administratorsPerform T+0 / T+1 reconciliations, identifying and resolving trade breaks and discrepanciesMonitor and reconcile cash activity, commissions, and trading flowsLiaise with brokers, prime br...
