Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in product presentation

Customers Claims

Inventory status

• Handles customer inquiries and requests through email and phone calls.
• Attends official meetings with clients (new upcoming projects and other matters).
• Performs the following functions from time to time.
• Monitors and updates the following

Customers PO file

Daily Sales

Others monitoring files as required / needed for the process

• Prepares the following

Parts of Request (PR) for Trading, Screw and Machining

Debit / Credit note when necessary

Delivery advise
