Trading Support & Client Engagement Specialist

Kraken is seeking a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist in Copiapó, Región de Atacama, Chile. This role requires assisting clients with various trading products, including futures and Kraken Desktop, through multiple support channels. The specialist will diagnose technical issues and provide excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have experience with the Kraken Pro platform and good math skills. The position is fixed-term for 6 months and involves evening and weekend availability.
