Trading Support Executive

Accountablities :

1. 1. Contract Support : Prepare and verify sales & purchase contracts done by BBS in coordination with Traders. Ensure accuracy of pricing, volume, specifications, and contract terms before execution. Maintain up-to-date contract records in SAP and shared folders.
2. SAP Data Entry & System Accuracy, ensuring complete data alignment between SAP, contract documents, and logistics records. Support troubleshooting on SAP trading end exetion and system errors.
3. Delivery/shipment Coordination & Documentation. Lead the Coordination with Logistics and Operations on shipment schedules, delivery/vessel planning, and loading/discharge details. Prepare delivery/shipping documents checklist and SAP EP creatation, etc. Track shipment status and update Traders daily.
4. By-Product Sales Support. Assist in customer communication when needed (documents, specs, DOs).
