What will you do?
Design & build: Develop new ultra-low latency components in Rust, optimised for speed, scalability, and robustness.
Optimise & scale: Enhance our existing trading infrastructure for maximum performance and reliability.
Own your work: Drive projects from concept to deployment. Your code will directly influence trading performance.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to deliver state-of-the-art trading technology.
Innovate: Experiment with new ideas. Creativity is encouraged and rewarded.
What do we require from you?
