Job Title: Chat Support Executive – Mandarin
Location: KL Sentral
Shift: 24/7 Rotational
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining date - 19th Jan
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat in Mandarin
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions on products and services
- Support customers with account, billing, and technical queries
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin (read, write, and type)
- Basic to good English communication skills
- SPM / Diploma or higher qualification
- Customer Service or BPO experience preferred; freshers welcome
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good typing speed and problem-solving ability
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
