Job Title: Chat Support Executive – Mandarin

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat in Mandarin
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions on products and services
• Support customers with account, billing, and technical queries
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin (read, write, and type)
• Basic to good English communication skills
• SPM / Diploma or higher qualification
• Customer Service or BPO experience preferred; freshers welcome
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good typing speed and problem-solving ability

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
