Traffic and Logistics Assistant

Job Overview:
The Traffic Assistant is responsible for coordinating the travel of imported merchandise from vendor coordination to receipt of merchandise.





Duties and Responsibilities:



*Order Cycle Management:

-Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, ensuring timely and efficient order processing and delivery.

- Plan and manage warehouse operations, route planning, and shipment processing to meet operational goals.

*Quality, Quantity, and Efficiency Tracking:

- Track and monitor key logistics metrics such as quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency.

- Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.

*Cost & Performance Management:

- Meet and exceed cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
