Traffic Appeals Analyst & Public Enquiries

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Principal/Senior/Executive in Appeals to review and respond to appeals related to the Road Traffic Act and other legislations. The role requires analytical skills and the ability to handle enquiries from the public effectively.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in enforcement functions or customer service, is resourceful, and possesses strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary for the role.
