Traffic Coordinator

Job description: Coordinate freight operations, including ground (truck and rail), sea, air and courier service assuring delivery on time at the minimal cost possible. Requirements: Compliance with the Foreign Trade Regulations, Globally, Locally and all applicable. Compliance with the Quality System requirements. Active enrollment on EHS Management system, complying with safety and security policies and promoting a safe working environment. Active enrollment on Continuous Improvement initiatives, including but not limited to 5S, VSM, 6 Sigma, SPRINT, TPOC Active enrollment on Problem Solving and Lessons Learned workshops, activities, documentation and requirements. Lead freight requirements quotations for the site following OESL platforms and approved carriers/forwarders, providing information in terms of cost, transit time and weight/dimensions limitations to support best decisions Provide information to SCM, Foreign Trade Compliance, Controlling and Internal Customers.
