Traffic Coordinator

Job description:

Coordinate freight operations, including ground (truck and rail), sea, air and courier service assuring delivery on time at the minimal cost possible.

Requirements:

• Compliance with the Foreign Trade Regulations, Globally, Locally and all applicable.
• Compliance with the Quality System requirements.
• Active enrollment on EHS Management system, complying with safety and security policies and promoting a safe working environment.
• Active enrollment on Continuous Improvement initiatives, including but not limited to 5S, VSM, 6 Sigma, SPRINT, TPOC
• Active enrollment on Problem Solving and Lessons Learned workshops, activities, documentation and requirements.
• Lead freight requirements quotations for the site following OESL platforms and approved carriers/forwarders, providing information in terms of cost, transit time and weight/dimensions limitations to support best decisi...
