Qualifications and Skills



  • Grade 12 Certificate.

  • 3 years call-centre experience

  • Conversant in at least 2 languages, of which one must be English

  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook & Internet skills

  • Assertive

  • Good people skills

  • Ability to cope with unusual work schedules.

  • Team player

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Professional telephone etiquette

  • Ability to multi-tasking

  • Own reliable transport
