Traffic Management Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily traffic management operations at project sites
• Implement and monitor approved Traffic Management Plans (TMP)
• Lead and manage traffic controllers / flagmen
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and authority requirements
• Liaise with site team, clients, and relevant authorities
• Prepare daily site and traffic reports

Requirements

• Experience in traffic management / road works / site supervision
• Valid CIDB Green Card (Mandatory)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work on-site in Jelutong, Penang
• Driving licence is an advantage
