Salary

Base hourly compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Commission compensation is available based on the value or number of closed sales, with no upper limit. A production bonus may also be earned, based on individual or team performance, ranging from $0.00 if baseline benchmarks are not met, with no fixed upper limit.

Job Summary

The Traffic Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, owning in‑store structure, and maintaining Sonic Brand KPI performance. The Traffic Manager works side‑by‑side with dealership teammates, Brand Traffic Management Director, and other management personnel to identify strengths and opportunities and to increase overall Traffic Management performance, dealership sales, and profitability. The position reports directly to the General Manager in alignment with the Traffic Management Director.
