Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman – Bridgend

Location - Bridgend

Start - March 2026, 6 months approx.

Rate - £17.00 - £17.50 per hour

Pro Staff Construction are currently working with a construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman to join the team on site.

The Role:

Managing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements

*

Acting as a Vehicle Banksman to support plant and deliveries

*

Assisting with general labouring duties when required

*

Maintaining site health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Card

*

Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket

*

Previous experience working on construction sites

*

Reliable and a safety conscious approach
