Traffic & Virtual Operations

• Oversee Virtual Import operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile supplier reports with Oracle entries to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and issue virtual import invoices, including estimated consumption for waste exports.
• Audit and validate pedimentos V1, resolving discrepancies flagged by the validation system.
• Manage payments and compliance for virtual operations within the first 10 business days of each month.
• Monitor and apply international treaties (e.g., USMCA) to exempt taxes and keep Annex 24 updated.
• Maintain digital files of V1 import operations and support additional departmental activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
