Trainee AI/ML Engineer

Avanceon is looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to design and implement next-generation intelligent systems leveraging semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in NLP/NLU, LLMs, and applied AI , driving real business impact and shaping the future of intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy semantic search pipelines, RAG systems, and conversational AI solutions.
Design and integrate multi-agent workflows for automation and intelligent decision-making.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and NLP models for domain-specific use cases.
Deliver end-to-end AI applications, from data ingestion and model training to production deployment.
Stay current with Generative AI advancements and apply them to solve real-world business problems.
