Trainee ATM Engineer

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new ATMs and cash processing equipment under the supervision of senior engineers.

 Support preventive and routine maintenance activities to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of ATM and cash processing equipment.

 Learn to diagnose and resolve basic technical faults and issues assigned by senior engineers.

 Assist in addressing hardware- and software-related issues with guidance from the technical support team.

 Prepare, update, and maintain accurate service reports for calls attended using job cards, email, or the Sybyl support mobile application.

 Demonstrate willingness to learn new technical skills and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

 Perform any other duties reasonably assigned to support ATM operations and enhance technical and operational knowledge.
